organisations to enable them to provide better choices and services so that
people with disabilities get the right housing, with or without support.

Coaching:
I
am also an NLP Life Skills Coach and Meditation Teacher. I work with
individuals, groups and organisations to help them identify and work towards
achieving personal, spiritual or business goals, aspirations and personal
transformation.
Housing:
I have over
25 years’ experience in social housing; including strategy, housing management,
needs assessment, development, sales and lettings. Over the last 15 years I
have focused on housing and disability issues. I now work as an independent
housing and social care consultant providing training, project development and
management, consultancy, research, coaching and other services in housing and
support for people with disabilities.
I work with individuals,
families, voluntary groups, charities, housing associations, housing and
support providers, primary care trusts, local and central government and the
private sector to enable organisations to transform services and provide better housing and support choices to people with disabilities.
